What is Beefsteak?
Huse Culinary’s most anticipated event of the year, Beefsteak is an afternoon event steeped in tradition and full of networking, indulging in plenty of food, beverages, and – of course – basketball! Held during the first week of March Madness each year, Beefsteak is separated into men’s only and women’s only events.

What is included?
Tickets include all-you-can-eat Sliced Beef Tenderloin, St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, French Fries, and a wide variety of Beer, Wine & Cocktails included. Each guest wears the Beefsteak apron provided upon arrival for the duration of the event – it’s tradition! Ladies’ Beefsteak also includes complimentary hair tinseling, interactive photobooth, permanent jewelry artists, mascot appearances and more!
